Reiki Level 1 Course
The reiki course comprises of essential modules taught in the form of one-day workshops held in The Old Bakery Studios, Malpas Road, Truro, Cornwall.
There are 4 workshops in total which include reiki level 1 attunement.
Reiki Level 1 is for you, your personal self-development/ healing and helping your friends and family.

Week Two :
- Energy
- The Aura
- The Chakra System
- Pre-Attunement Meditation
- First Attunement
Week Three:
- How to See & Feel the Aura
- Aura Scanning
- The Skeletal System
- The Endocrine System
- Self Treatment
- Second Attunement
Week Four :
- NDS Meditation
- Hand Positions for a Full Reiki Treatment
- Seated Reiki Treatment
- Final Attunement

Small Classes (maximum 6 attendees)
Beverages, refreshments, lunch and snacks provided.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat (if you have one)
Please note: There is a closed Facebook group for my Reiki 1 students. Joining this Facebook group is completely optional. It’s a place for you to connect with other students – ask questions, share experiences and support each other through our healing journey.
